The Editorial Board has at least 15 members and it consists of experts from both local and foreign museums, galleries, research institutes, cultural institutions, universities and other memory institutions that specialise in issues that are widely understood as representing the cultural heritage. In the composition of the Editorial Board external specialists have to predominate numerically over the National Museum specialists, with a target ratio of 2:1.
